Repair
In case that the hotline diagnosis an instrument failure that results in the necessity to return a part for repair, please act according to the procedure below:
- 1.
- Contact your local Bruker office to start the repair process. Repair is always handled by your local Bruker office.
- 2.
- They will provide you details on the shipping address, and also in most cases a “Return Merchandise Authorization” number (RMA number) that allows to reference to the repair case.
Always refer to this RMA number in case of questions.
- 3.
- Send the defective part to the local Bruker office and include the following documents:
- a. RMA sheet (if RMA number was assigned)
- a. Equipment Clearance (download)
