Repair
In case that the hotline diagnosis an instrument failure that results in the necessity to return a part for repair, please act according to the procedure below:
1.
Contact your local Bruker office to start the repair process. Repair is always handled by your local Bruker office.
2.
They will provide you details on the shipping address, and also in most cases a “Return Merchandise Authorization” number (RMA number) that allows to reference to the repair case.
Always refer to this RMA number in case of questions.
3.
Send the defective part to the local Bruker office and include the following documents:
 
a. RMA sheet (if RMA number was assigned)
 
a. Equipment Clearance (download)
