ATS and touchscreen do not respond. Simulation watermark written in the background of the monitor.
Emergency STOP is pressed.
Check and release emergency STOP.
Call Service for further troubleshooting.
ATS and touchscreen do not respond.
Software (HMI-PC) hung up.
Switch System Power OFF and ON again. Wait until HMI-PC boots as indicated in the touchscreen monitor display.
Perform Initialization. If successful, check other functions.

If initialization fails, see below.
Faults of motor 3,
Faults of motor 2.

During initialization (first movement after power on towards HOME position) or during operation?
3 corresponds to upper rail,
2 corresponds to lower rail,

See different cases below.
No need to reboot the ATS or entire instrument. Just confirm error message, then movements should be possible again.
Faults of motor 3 = 8

Upper rail blocked: Some obstacle in the instrument bore.
Check mechanical issues (e.g. collision at RF Coil)
Confirm error message and try again.
Movement of upper spindle, drive train goes too heavy.
Check drive train.
Confirm error message and try again.
Potentially assist manually by pushing the sledge while motor drive operates.
Upper rail blocked
Try to move the spindle of the upper rail. Does it move freely? If not, why?
Try to release it manually until it moves freely by turning the wheel:
Rotate black wheel manually (yellow turning) or carefully with a screw driver pushing the wheel down to move the sledge inward (green arrow).
Faults of motor 2 = 8

Lower rail blocked
Try to move the spindle of the lower rail. Does it move freely? If not, try to release it manually until it moves freely:
Rotate spindle directly grabbing the spindle clockwise to move outward (yellow turning); anti-clockwise inward. If you need more grip than your fingers can do, try with a Latex glove.
If you cannot get it to turn, remove cover plate to have better access (see below How to ….).
Is it blocked at the very outmost position?
Try to turn the spindle anti-clockwise to move it inward.
Or close to the brass block on the spindle (see below)?
Try to turn the spindle clockwise to move it outward.
How to remove the cover plate to access the lower spindle

Use non-magnetic allen key (MR instruments) to open the allen screws.

Remove and position cover plate carefully to avoid damage of the Emergency STOP cable.
