When cleaning the phantoms, observe the safety information given in Important Safety Information and follow the applicable local and national health and radiation safety regulations.

For general cleaning, neutral antistatic plastic cleaners or disinfection cleaners are recommended. Commercial household cleaners without polishing agents can be used as well. Under no circum-stances cleaners may be used containing organic solvents such as paint thinners, acetone and chlorinated hydrocarbons. Also, alcohol containing cleaners in high concentration must not be used otherwise the animal bed system could be severely damaged!

The phantom holders can be disinfected with H₂O₂.
