Animal Monitoring
ECG, Respiratory, and animal temperature can be monitored with the corresponding equipment from SA Instruments (options). See section Cradle Interface “Air” for “how to connect”.

Harm to the animal when unattended - 1.
- Scan programs are typically used to operate the instrument without user interaction between the subsequent scans. When investigating materials or tissue, the instrument may be left unattended. In vivo examinations on animals should not be left unattended.

- We recommend to use an animal monitoring system to monitor vital signs (for example heart rate, respiratory rate, body temperature,…) during in vivo animal investigations. Act accordingly.
