Cleaning
Read the chapter Safety, Radio Frequency Fields and RF Coils in the User Documentation of the MR Instrument first.
The housings of MRI RF coils are not watertight. Use dry cleaning whenever possible or dampen a soft cloth with water or a diluted cleaning solution of an all-purpose cleaner and wipe the surface carefully.
