Add new Animal Cradle attenuation map to ParaVision
Use can register new animal cradles to the scanner by providing suitable information files and attenuation data.
The information is stored in the directory <PV>/conf/bed/ in typical ParaVision data structures of processed images:

- 2dseq: this files contains the attenuation data as attenuation factors, 32bit float in Fortran-order (a.k.a. column-major order) in a sagittal orientation. The file size is described by the VISU parameter VisuCoreSize. Please refer to the ParaVision programming manual on the detailed file description of 2dseq files.

- visu_pars: copy the file from an existing animal bed and change the values of the following VISU parameter
