Switching ON/OFF the Instrument

The MR instrument can have the following operating states:

Operating State	Description
System OFF	The entire instrument electronic is deactivated. The MR instrument is not ready for use. Use this operation status, when the MR instrument is not used for a long period of time, e. g. during holiday.
STAND-BY	The high power electronics are deactivated, in contrast to the low power electronics. The MR instrument is not ready for use. Use this operation status, when the MR instrument is not used for a short (manageable) period of time, e. g. overnight or during the week end.
System ON	The entire instrument electronic is active. The MR instrument is ready for use.
